How do I place an order for collection?
Place your order as normal but remember to select collection instead of delivery at the checkout. Don't forget to have your email confirmation and ID to hand on the day of collection.
When will I recieve my order?
Please allow up to 3 working days for your sweet treats to be hand baked and sent out to you. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is out for delivery and should arrive with you the next working day.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not 100% happy with your order please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve any issues or complaints you may have.
Can my goodies be delivered/ can I collect them on a specific date?
Yes, please leave a comment in the 'note section' when checking out if you require delivery or would like to pick up your order on a specific date and we will do our best to fulfill your requirements.
